200 Words is a service of Q2 LLC. It sends a short weekly devotional. It is free. These terms cover what you can expect and what we ask of you.

The messages

One devotional a week, sent Wednesday mornings, to the email address you gave us. Occasionally we may send a message about the service itself. We do not send anything else.

Signing up

Only sign up an address that is yours. We send a confirmation link first and nothing is delivered until you tap it, so a mistyped address costs nobody a message.

Only the devotional

200 Words is operated by Q2 LLC, which runs other projects, and we may occasionally write to you about one of them. If you would rather have the weekly devotional and nothing else, send a message to devotionalonly@200words.org. It can be empty. We will mark your address accordingly.

Leaving

Every message carries a one-tap unsubscribe link, and most mail apps also show an unsubscribe button of their own. Either takes effect immediately. There is nothing to log into and no question to answer.

The content

The devotionals are ours. Forward them to a friend freely. Do not republish them for commercial use without asking.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, and we are not liable for anything that follows from a message arriving late or not at all.

Changes

We may update these terms as the ministry develops. If a change materially affects what you receive or how your address is used, we will email you before it takes effect. Smaller corrections are simply posted here with a new date.
